Tau Sigma Honor Society
Tau Sigma is a national honor society designed exclusively for transfer students! Upon completing your first semester at Buffalo State, transfer students are eligible to be considered for enrollment if they meet the GPA requirement of 3.5 or higher.
Their mission is to "recognize and promote the academic excellence and involvement of transfers students." Tau Sigma provides its members opportunities to earn national scholarships, attend national leadership conferences, take leadership positions at their college or university, and serve others in their college and local communities. Engaged students will have the opportunity to achieve all of the above, all while developing friendships and becoming a more integral part of the college to which they transferred!
