Registration for New Bengal Orientation is LIVE!

Are you ready to become a Bengal?

The Orientation, Transition, and Family Programs Office is excited to announce that registration for New Bengal Orientation 2026 is now live!

Deposited students can log in to their Student Applicant Portal to select their preferred orientation session. Please note that sessions will close once they reach capacity, so we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot.

Summer 2026 Orientation Dates:

First-Year Students (Two-Day Program):

  • Monday, July 6 – Tuesday, July 7
  • Monday, July 13 – Tuesday, July 14
  • Monday, July 20 – Tuesday, July 21
  • Thursday, July 23 – Friday, July 24

Orientation for all new students is a requirement at Buffalo State University.

First-Year Student Orientation

After you have accepted your offer of admission to Buffalo State University and your tuition deposit has been received, your next step to becoming a Bengal is attending orientation. Orientation for First-Year Students is a two-day program that helps you gain insightful information about our campus. You will get to hear from faculty and staff to help guide you into the Buffalo State community.
